GENERAL NOTES FOR WORKSHOP PARTICIPANTS

CANCELATION & REFUND POLICY

If for any reason MakingArtSafely cancels a workshop, you will be notified no later than 1 month before the workshop is scheduled. In this event your deposit will be returned to you in full, or you can transfer it to another session.

If you must withdraw from a workshop, and you give us a minimum of one month notice, we will refund the any amount above the $100.00 deposit you have made. If you must withdraw with less tan 30 days notice, we retain the entire amount. If the workshop is sold out and we can replace you in the workshop, we will refund the balance amount.

MakingArtSafely does not assume responsibility for nonrefundable travel and lodging expenses. Most workshops make enrollment each year however, we recommend that you email or call to confirm the class before making any non-adjustable travel arrangements.
